Quiet apartment for short stay

The Apartment is small but the space is used in a very good way Located 25 min walking distance from oldtown in a quiet street Modern choice of furniture

Functional comfortable studio in great location to explore old town

Only 15 minutes walk from old town beautiful location. Property arranged pick up from airport which was great and very helpful with information

It wasn’t a problem for us . But some people may have difficulty with stairs if any mobility issues

Exceptional

Lovely room with a fantastic view , great host who picked us up from airport and on the day we where checking out . We left our cases in the room and went out for the day as our bus to montenegro was only 17.30 , they collected our bags kept them in the car than picked us up and took us to bus station. The view was amazing from the room and about 20 mins walk to the old town.

This place is amazing, we rent all the apartments and it was so good that the were at the same floor, 2 with a magic wiew. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. Stay here if you visit Dubrovnik

Beautiful views of Old Town and the Adriatic sea

Stunning view from the balcony, very comfortable bed, and kitchenette had the basics we needed to make breakfast every morning to enjoy on the balcony. Great location right between St. Jacob's beach and Old Town, but it's about a 20-30 minute walk depending on whether it's uphill or downhill. Perfect place to start our day--the walk downhill to Old Town gave us nonstop gorgeous views of the sea--and wind down after a long day of exploring since the apartment is in a quiet residential area.

The frosted window that was dividing the balcony of another apartment from our bedroom area was not soundproof at all. WiFi was sometimes slow, possibly because 3 apartments were sharing bandwidth. Parking was difficult in the evening, but fine during the day, so don't take parking as a guaranteed amenity since it's public parking and not a dedicated parking spot. In reality, parking in Dubrovnik is expensive and nearly impossible to find a free spot anyway, so take the 8 bus or walk when you can!

Overall a great stay. It should be noted that there are 94 steps to get to the apartment.

The key was in a lock box and the owner offered to meet us but there was no need. The location is awesome as we could walk to town.

There was an odor in the bathroom and we could see mold by the water heater otherwise everything was very clean.

«Вид из квартиры выше всех похвал »

Очень уютная квартира, есть отдельная зона гостиной, спальня, небольшая кухня со всем необходимым. Вид с балкона просто завораживающий, сделала просто тысячи фоток. Отдельное спасибо хозяину всегда готов помочь, при встрече провёл мини обзор города, так же помог и свозил до ближайшего супермаркета, так как приехали поздно.

Вокруг нет никаких ресторанов и есть только совсем крошечный магазин. Очень тяжело подниматься до дома от пляжа и старого города, ступенек 500, наверно.

Уютные апартаменты, вид при выходе на улицу потрясающий! Чисто. Все имеется. Близость прекрасного пляжа.

В день заселения и накануне хозяин не выходил на связь. Код с ключами не прислали. На все мои запросы в Букинг онлайн «связаться с объектом» приходили ответы робота с датой заселения и фамилией. Как доехать с вокзала тоже не объяснили (точнее не ответили). В дороге у меня разрядился телефон, т.к. рейс задержали и мы приехали намного позже. На мои уведомления о задержке никто не отвечал. По прибытию еле-еле нашла апартаменты, очень устала. Потом оказалась, что для заселения нужно связаться с хозяином по ТЕЛЕФОНУ, указанному на табличке у двери, получить код, вскрыть бокс с ключами и войти в апартаменты (это все было написано на бумажке, приклеенной на дверь апартаментов). Позвонить хозяину я не могла, т.к. телефон не работал. Код от бокса с ключами, как я уже сказала, не прислали. При этом в самом подъезде жилого дома (в котором расположены апартаменты) была кромешная темнота (примерно 22:00). Свет у двери не включался, а тот, что я включила при подъёме, погас. От отчаяния просто хотелось всё бросить и сменить жильё. Но мне очень повезло встретить жильца (соседа снизу), который звонил уже со своего номера хозяину и смог получить код (дозвонился не с первого раза). Бокс с ключами мы открывали примерно полчаса, что-то заело. В общем, отсутствие обратной связи накануне заселения — это огромный минус. Я с таким сталкиваюсь впервые. Если бы не сосед, не знаю — попала бы я в апартаменты или нет (не каждый согласится звонить со своего номера непонятно кому, да еще и не на хорватский номер). Еще один жирный минус — высокое расположение дома и самих апартаментов. От остановки/старого города нужно подниматься к дому по ОЧЕНЬ высокой и крутой лестнице (примерно 5 этажей), затем, пройдя по улице метров 20 нужно подняться еще на третий этаж (где находится вход в общий подъезд жилого дома) и уже оказавшись в подъезде, Вам опять следует подняться на самый верх — 4 этаж. Все эти подъёмы очень выматывают. Детали: Телевизор не включался, но он и не особо был нужен.

«Нормальные апартаменты, если готов ко всем минусам»

Достаточно современные и чистые апартаменты на последнем (4-м) этаже дома. Есть кондиционер, wi-fi.

В доме нет лифта. Спуск к морю (и обратно соответственно подъем) довольно продолжительны. Маленькая ванная комната и такая же душевая кабина - не повернуться. До центра города около 2 км. Парковка перед домом на узкой улице вечером затруднена - нет мест. Завтрака, естественно, нет. Цена могла бы быть ниже.

I liked a lot the view from the balcony. In the apartament you can find everything you need. Also the location is in a quite place and it is not too far from the Dubrovnik castle. For us was a wonderfull vacation.

Great appartment with a fabulous view

Fabulous view from balcony, comfy bed, good shower. 15 min walk from old town (or get bus) and there are supermarkets close by. Aldin was lovely and came and met us and gave us some tips. Advice re Dubrovnik pass - you can only visit each attraction once which we didn't realise so not worth it in our opinion unless you want to see every museum and use the bus lots. Another tip: there is a path which goes up to Mount Srd starts not far from appartment which is beautiful and much easier than the zigzag one - you are already half way up the mountain!; see Google maps.

Wouldn't recommend for anyone with asthma set off by allergies. We both struggled and needed a lot of antihistamines.

Comfortable stay for female solo travellers.

Great and affordable stay! Great facilities and the staff were very friendly. As a solo female I felt safe and comfortable.

I didn't mind, but the property is a good 20-25 minute walk from the city. On the way, it's downhill with great views, but the trek up is a challenge, especially as the property is on the 5th floor with no lifts. So if you would struggle with an uphill climb, keep this in mind. However, at night I’d get an Uber, and they were cheap enough and didn't make this an issue for me.
